Also there is one more good option if they are getting bored from there daily work routine then we can arrange some sports events or also some kind of trips. 4. We can give them training or can conduct workshops on some different new technologies. 5. If anything is not working then last we can do one thing that we can offer them some good incentives as well or we can honour then with monthly based performance.
