Es gibt zahlreiche Tools, um die eigenen Aufgaben zu planen und zu priorisieren. Meiner Erfahrung nach ist es dabei egal, welches Tool genutzt wird. Hier hat jeder andere Präferenzen. Wichtig ist jedoch, dass überhaupt priorisiert wird! In der heutigen Zeit gibt es viele zeitfressende Aufgaben, die gar keinen hohen Stellenwert haben. Ohne eine Priorisierung werden diese zwischendurch abgearbeitet und die Zeit sowie der Fokus für die wichtigen Aufgaben geht verloren.

Time Management is critical in any function and especially highly crucial in Customer Retention. Any customer expects a quick resolution time and consider a situation where multiple customers reach out to you for different support. In this case, each customer would expect a quicker resolution and hence, managing time and collaborating with cross functional team along with delegating tasks, plays a crucial role in getting the work done for each customer. And always take a step back and analyze the way things have been handled and it will give a perspective on how to improve the self performance and handling multi tasking better.
