Sometimes, I see through superior companies' HR job postings to find out what I have to learn. They post lots of required skill sets and experiences so I can easily find out what is outdated and what is state of the art.

Having the right team of people is extremely important. The goal is continuous growth and being able to stay relevant in your field certainly requires support and feedback.

If you're not improving your skills yearly, you're most likely getting outdated or loosing relevance because with technology and AI, things are changing rapidly and skills are evolving. Have a yearly budget for training and professional development and use it to remain relevant in the field.
