So, what if you are faced with this "stupid" question? Find a way to ask why they would like to interview you; what sparks their interest to have a deeper conversation with you. Then you can use their answer to your benefit.

Reasons for changing jobs in the past Always keep in mind that the employer is curious about the reason for changing and choosing a new job on your behalf, for this question, have an honest and intelligent answer in advance to use in his situation if needed.
