Brain writing Is very effective tool.Steps as below 1. Invite multi disciplinary team members for brain writing 2. Explain problem to them in detail 3. Give them paper chits to write 4. Request each of them to contribute three possible causes & write them on separate chits. 5.collect all chits & compile causes. This way leverage power of collective wisdom.

When you involve CFT then different views and questions will rise! * Ensure the team is having a standardized template to capture all the steps of the problem till the resolution. * Don't involve anyone as a count in Team.
