I'm currently contemplating how this doctrine applies to my current situation. I've had conversations with colleagues regarding my mockumentary short film on how the local news clips, used in the first 30-45 seconds of the film are utilized. From my perspective, they lend an authenticity to the film as it is based on real events referenced in news clips. In my opinion, all four factors apply but I would be excited to hear a differing opinion.
