Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist den Übertrag von einem Szenario basierten Ansatz zu einem holistischen Ansatz zu erreichen. Hierzu müssen Fähigkeiten, Fertigkeiten und Kompetenzen, welche als relevant für einzelne Szenarien erkannt wurden gestärkt und auch außerhalb dieser Szenarien angewendet werden können. Der Vorteil dieses Vorgehens ist das auch auf bisher nicht Vorgedachte "Black Swan"-Events reagiert werden kann. Vorbereitungen dürfen eben nicht dort aufhören wo die Vorstellungskraft endet. Ein Vorbereitung sollte sich möglichst auch auf nicht vorstellbare Events erstrecken. Die Möglichkeiten von Risikoeinschätzungen und vorbereiten Szenarien enden eben an jenem Punkt, wo wir uns neue Szenarien nicht vorstellen können.
