Natürlich ist es wichtig, auf seiner Homepage, in seinem Linked:in Profil über seine Postings zu zeigen, was man tut, was das Portfolio ist. Und natürlich ist es hilfreich für alle, wenn man Tools, Präsentationen etc. teil - da gilt wie immer: Sharing is caring. Doch wird man tatsächlich aufgrund etwaiger Tools oder Präsentationen beauftragt? Da bin ich mir sehr unsicher. Ich denke vielmehr, dass unsere Beraterpersönlichkeit sowie die Kontakte, die wir auf unserem Weg knüpfen, den Ausschlag geben.

In my experience, a good way to facilitate is to get the class to do the "teaching". That's done by asking the right open ended questions at the right time and transitioning to different people. Identifying when someone is not getting the information and finding a way to get someone else to explain it in a different way. We had a saying to "stop trying to be the sage on the stage and be the guide on the side", that was one of the keys to being a good facilitator. Use the audience to teach the information because it is different coming from their peers.
