Keep improving! Don't stop at the initial validation of your product-market fit; make it an ongoing process. Continuously gather customer feedback and adapt your product accordingly.

To elevate your value proposition, put your customers at the center. Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback into refining your proposition. Ensure it resonates with their evolving needs and preferences.

If you are already in business, seek feedback from those you work with. Ask them why they buy from you and what led them to chose your product/service over your competition If you are starting out, running trials and getting samples into the hands of your ideal customers can help fine tune your Value Prop while also helping you gain potential referrals and use cases that help you sell to others.

I often liken acquisition channels to orchestrating a hit campus party. Each channel is a unique invite method, building anticipation. However, not every party needs a billboard, just as businesses shouldn't blindly use every channel. It's less about volume and more about selecting the right medium for authentic buzz.

Having resources in multiple channels is prudent. My experience has been that no single channel will yield all of the results you desire. Paid search may return a high ROI during certain periods and yield very little during others. Track what you are doing, have a sense of what your returns are and be willing to adjust. For each resource you dedicate to something, there is an opportunity cost for what that may have yielded in another.

Go beyond the obvious triggers and understand the psychology of your users. Identify subtle behavioral cues that indicate a readiness to convert. Tailor your activation strategies to these specific triggers to boost conversion rates effectively.

Many entrepreneur work tirelessly to lock in a customer and expect they will stay engaged and content. Each customer has a lifecycle and in some cases, the hard work begins once a customer agrees to purchase. Staying connected, asking for feedback and utilizing that to improve your service or process can pay huge dividends. Your customers can be a wealth of information when/if engaged.

None of the above matters if you don't have the right people in the right places and empower them with the tools and training, if needed, to not just succeed - to ascend to a whole new level of performance. People are your most precious resource. Create a unified field. Treat them like they are precious and the above processes will offer discovery and differentiation in ways you may never have dreamed possible. Or, perhaps you did and through your own focus of attention, intention and interactions the enthusiasm spills out to others.

Don’t make the mistake of falling in love with a single area. Over time, something that was extremely impactful at one time, may have dimensioning returns over time. Be intentional with your investments as the investments you make today will determine your success in the future.
