Conduct an introductory session to the employees for the purpose of familiarity and bonding. 4. Conduct orientation either physical or virtual soonest possible. 5. Provide the employees with soft and hard copies of the policies for future reference and ensure after orientation the staff sign the rules a d regulations that will bind him or her. Etc.
