One thing i have found helpful is understanding myself and what I need per time. I believe social tensions exist due to the feeling of inadequacy people subject themselves to in comparing themselves with others. When you have clarity about who you are, what your role is, how to execute your role effectively, then you can focus on seeking the right tools you need to execute your role effectively and produce results. The downside is when you do nothing and expect a different result.....Life will ask you questions. So, you can't be everyone and you can't know everything, but you can be your best. Use digital tools to your advantage, don't be a slave to them. Every tool is an addition when used for the right purpose.
