The key is also not only to hold this knowledge but creatively spread this information ways which are received effectively by the targeted population. Another key feature is to be able to be open to learn. Learning from others and their experiences creates opportunities for one to add to their repertoire and consider perspectives which they have not or seen before. This in turn breeds grounds for more exploration and advancement in the field.
