This doesn't fall into the other categories, but I will offer up another framework that I have and use: IMPACT - Decision Analysis Activity. This tool is designed to bring a group of people together to look at the impact a possible, impending, or probable decision will have on the organization. It looks at the impact from various angles and perspectives. The decision might be adjusted after looking at the impacts and implications. It might be modified. And if the decision goes forward, the facilitator-led session help prepare the decision makers for what is to come after pulling the trigger.
