Actually I disagree with anti bullying policies. It puts to much emphasis and a us versus them mentality. Children who are bullying other children also need emotional support.

Serve and return conversations are the best....help students fell heard and understand by engaging in verses answering their questions. Avoid unsolicited advice, lecturing or preaching. It is far better to help students think and find their own answers versus providing an answer.
