You need to solicit and incorporate your community's feedback on your feedback actions, and make adjustments if needed. You need to celebrate and recognize your community's achievements and contributions, and thank them for their feedback. You also need to encourage and support your community to give and receive feedback from each other, and foster a culture of feedback in your community.
