Seel to underdstand first of all.. what is at the root of their concern or resistance. Networking is a great way to learn and develop and seek opportunities but it isn't for everyone, and there are other things people can do to get connected. Im not a massive fan as Im naturally introverted and dont like being in large crowds but I recognise networking is very helpful for my business and brand, so I choose carefully events that I will value from attending. And I only attend a handful a year!
