Before getting started, it is important to highlight that the timeline is only going to keep to the client's expectations so long as they are as prompt with feedback as you need them to be. Your hours should be outlined as well to them to avoid any unwanted emails or messages asking why you aren't working at 2am. If they are reluctant to adjust their schedule to be more realistic, it is better to walk away from the project than to take it. As much as we want to be there for the client and help them, if they are not willing to meet you half way then you are signing yourself up for stress.

Being realistic about prices... when quality is demanded in a short period of time. You need a large number of people so, you need to clarify that cost can increase due to this. So, after you have set clearly this objective. You need to focus on the timeline project, people involved, tasks, materials or medias so yo can have a broader image about it how o organize your time, and how you can met client expectations. Because urgency has it's own qualitifications or methods. You cannot work in the same way... no matter if there are similar processes. The strategy is different!

I address unrealistic expectations by discussing the project scope with the client, breaking down tasks, and proposing a phased timeline. This helps set realistic milestones, allowing for quality work within achievable deadlines while keeping the client informed and engaged.
