In my opinion: 1 - Surveys help to a certain extent. 2 - Is the top structure of the Company Diverse? 3 - Which I say would tell the direct truth, get you top earners/performers in a room, if there's no diversity then the Company hasn't evolved to becoming diverse. Success is earned, promotion and equality motivates exponential growth. Sometimes staff rather choose to not speak these truths, yet nobody is addressing the elephant in the room.
