What I try to do is take time each week and identify what skill I need to work on and find any sort of educational material - YT videos, MasterClass, PMA courses, etc - and slowly chip away at it. It's easier when it's digestible and you can easily take in the information. You can do this.

The other thing that is important: being included is one thing, but once you're included you have to provide value.
