In any project , scope change is unavoidable .The most important aspect is to analyse the root cause and its impact on the progress of the project . Depending on impact analysis ,the change order and all supporting documents need to be approved by the key stakeholders . This should be carried out by program manager /PMO team .

To address conflicts caused by scope changes, I start by promoting transparent communication with my team, explaining the reasons behind the changes and realigning expectations. I facilitate meetings focused on collaborative problem-solving, keeping the focus on the issue, not the individuals. I use tools like PDCA or agile methodologies to help us adapt in a structured way. I also make a point to recognize everyone’s efforts, boosting morale and keeping the team engaged. My goal is to turn these challenges into opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
