This often occurs as leaders and teams become absorbed in managing operations, resources, and people. To reconnect with our mission and reignite your passion 1. Reconnect with grassroots by participating in field visits and immerse yourself in ground-level activities 2.Volunteer personally in the work you believe in to gain firsthand experience and a renewed sense of purpose. 3.Initiate open discussions with your team members to understand their perspectives and challenges. 4.Collect feedback from individuals or communities you have served in the past. 5.Document their success Stories
