First of all, there is no such thing as "Agile team leader", agile leadership is an distributed act and everyone is capable of it in a team. As project management and agile are oxymorons, then you can choose any tool for your project and more your push it to the team the bigger resistance you will face. That said my approach would be: - Team Requirements: Understand the specific needs of the team, including the size, the complexity of projects, and the preferred methodology. - Functionality: The tool should offer all the features needed to streamline processes and improve productivity. - Ease of Use: The tool should be intuitive and easy for all team members to adopt without extensive training. - Involve the team: Ask the team’s feedback. The team will use the tool hence they need to be on board. - Adaptability: The tool should serve the team and not the opposite.
