3 Pack smart

When packing for a conference, you want to ensure you are comfortable, professional, and prepared. To do this, bring a laptop or tablet with a charger and power bank in case you need to take notes, access online materials, or present your work. Additionally, have a notebook and pen nearby for jotting down ideas, contacts, or feedback. You should also bring a portfolio or resume in case you meet someone interested in your work or hiring. Business cards are also essential for exchanging information and making a good impression. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and snacks to avoid wasting time and money on vending machines or cafes. A backpack or tote bag is also necessary for carrying any handouts, brochures, or swag from the conference organizers or exhibitors. Finally, make sure you bring a jacket or sweater since conference venues can be cold or hot depending on the season and air conditioning.
