Sabemos que existem técnicas, processos e ferramentas capazes de lidar com distribuição e acompanhamento, mas eu acredito no velho e bom diálogo e acordos salariais justos. Deve-se então colocar as demandas na mesa e fazer acordos sinceros, transparentes e exequíveis. Certamente não haverá colaboradores achando que estão sobrecarregados ou desmotivados.
