One thing I’ve found helpful is the ability to pivot. If you adopt the “dinosaur” mentality it will be hard to adjust to change. Keep your eyes on innovative shifts in the industry. To keep up with those shifts you may need to learn new skills. Don't be afraid to apply those skills differently.
