Prompt Engineering related to Generative Ai in the content space still has a long way to go and until that's sorted out, writers must navigate independently, treating GenAi with a pinch of salt (which is good). Brand voice/ tone of voice, style guides,etc. are 'Guides' and are not rigid rules, so treat them like they are! It is imminent for a content designer to approach the end user with empathy because of your nuanced role as a storyteller. You can't expect an NLP to adapt that empathy or proficiency for human emotions.
