There is only one reason a buyer wants to visit a property multiple times. They don't have the answers they want. To make sure I'm giving buyers the best information, I carry a laser measuring tool that I offer while touring. I also take closeup photos of issues and features they point out. And finally, I give them a fact sheet on the property and encourage them to take notes while they're looking so they can refer to them later.

If we're talking about visiting the same property multiple times, I would ask questions prior to going out to gauge their needs. I'd ask who all is involved in the search and decision making process, then try to schedule so all of those people are available to see it at once. I'd ask how ready they are to purchase and see what it would take to make it the top of the scale ready if they aren't already. I'd ask if they want to do any work to the property and if so if someone would be helping with that and invite that person to showings. I'd also ask about the things that are most important to them in the house and try to be prepared at showings. I'd also try to demonstrate the urgency of showings and the market drivers.
