To manage a heavy design workload, I start by prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance. Breaking down projects into smaller steps helps me stay focused and see progress. I set aside specific blocks of time for each task, limiting distractions. In a team setting, I delegate tasks based on each person's strengths and make sure everyone knows the project timeline. Regular check-ins keep the group aligned and help address any issues early. By organizing work and staying flexible, I can meet deadlines without getting overwhelmed.

In order to effectivelly deal with the design tasks and their timelines, I carry out the following five steps: Use the Eisenhower Matrix for prioritization. Decompose projects into sub-tasks. Prepare the timetable for deadlines that are manageable. Utilize design software programs ( Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC). Evaluate and modify on a constant basis. Other important components: Time management (Toggl, Harvest) Boundaries Delegation Productivity breaks

Look for efficiencies in repetition. Are there some tasks that can be delegated? Set end dates and build a schedule backwards in time. It might not be so bad, or you may have to communicate a different timeline to your client/ boss. Don't be afraid to ask for more resources to get through a deadline.
