Actualmente como desarrollo de mi tesis fuera de grupos de investigación interactuó poco, cosa que quiero modificar... One of my favorite phrases is, "Feedback is a gift". I don't know where I first heard it or who said it, but it is so true. When someone goes out of their way to give you feedback, they are doing it because they care about you and want to do better. Asking for authentic feedback can be a great way to make yourself a better leader.

El desarrollo del autoaprendizaje así como la participación en distintos eventos científicos es lo que posibilita la mejora de la comunicación científico, si nos dejamos llevar por valoraciones de instituciones superiores a veces caemos en la contribución del capitalismo por encima del valor científico, un artículo por qué sea más caro o la publicación en una revista no implica que tenga una mayor calidad y rigor científico.
