Si on ne parle que de l’attrait visuel, alors je recommanderai d’avoir une identité visuelle cohérente (mêmes couleurs, logos et styles décoratifs pour refléter vos valeurs (bio, vegan, luxe, etc.) sur tous les supports. Les produits phares doivent être mis en avant en vitrine (hauteur des yeux) et sur la Home page du site. Idéalement, il faut créer une expérience immersive des 2 cotés : une ambiance unique en magasin et un site web engageant avec des visuels percutants et une navigation intuitive. Enfin, il est important de proposer des expériences adaptées (accueil chaleureux, offres spéciales) pour fidéliser en ligne et en boutique même si on s’éloigne de la question autour du visuel ;-)
