Addressing all the concerns whenever opting for new technologies (since data/enough data is not available) is not easy and at the same time, it's not difficult also. Good way to approach is doing a Failure Mode effect analysis involving in all the concerned parties. One important thing to remember is FMEA to be approached without any preconceived outputs i.e., team should be made to feel that based on the FMEA, decision will be taken whether to proceed with the new technologies or not. But the beauty is while doing the exercise, most of the team's concerns will be addressed as mitigation plan is put in place through the exercise. This helps the team to adopt the new technology without much resistance.

La pédagogie par l'exemple semble être une très bonne alternative. Il existe des outils de captation de données sur la conduite (consommation, nombre de freinages, distance de freinage, accélérations, ballant, etc...). Avec la mise en œuvre de la conduite rationnelle qui implique des comportements de conduite à acquérir par la formation par exemple, il est facile de prouver le bien fondé des apports technologiques dans les économies de carburants mais aussi, dans l'usure des pièces mécaniques et surtout dans le bien être du conducteur. C'est un ensemble d'avantages qu'il faut mettre en valeur.
