This is very much encouraged. I tend to find in my default tenants matters I've handled, most of debts were paid up because of simple misunderstanding. Also as Lawyers, it's better to speak from a neutral point of view to spark the parties to figure out the issue and think amicable solution. You'd rather have them realize the issue and settle on a solution. You just provide the guidance.
