To manage time zone challenges, we should communicate meeting times clearly in everyone's local time zones, be flexible with scheduling, record meetings for those who can't attend, use technology to see each other's working hours, have regular check-ins and training on time zone management, be understanding and patient with team members in different time zones, and have leaders support these strategies for inclusivity.

Always look for overlapping hours and days for meetings/calls, and make sure to operate within an agile framework for goal setting and task management, where everyone knows when their role is due, and what their delay could affect other team members, dependents (what this task depends on, and what other tasks won't be able to start before this one finishes), this could be seen clearly in Asana (I've used it personally-Talking from direct personal experience)
