Risk assessment should be thought of as a living process. As you build out more features and functionality you should constantly be evaluating any security risks you may be introducing and re-evaluating any previously identified risks that your changes may affect.

The question is very general, however; the most common or authorization, risk analysis depending upon what we planned to achieve.
