Aprender a aprender é um grande desafio. Quando não estamos numa sala de aula presencial, realizando um estudo síncrono, onde temos hora para começar e terminar, algumas complicações podem surgir. Fazer a autogestão do tempo é um desafio constante, que pode ser resolvido, quando incorporamos mini-hábitos de estudo em nosso cotidiano. A cada novo momento diário, o hábito se afirma e fica mais fácil o aprendizado.

Na minha experiência, para obter qualidade no processo de feedback, é essencial envolver o aluno e utilizar dados. Além disso, é importante permitir que o aluno faça perguntas e participe da discussão. O feedback deve ser ativo e contínuo, compreendendo início, meio e fim. O fim deve incluir um plano de desenvolvimento individual, garantindo que o aluno saiba como melhorar e progredir.
