Para implementar a cultura da inovação, acredito que promover a aprendizagem seja o caminho mais curto. Para isso tenho aplicado o PBL (Problem Based Learning) ou Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas. É uma metodologia de ensino que se baseia na resolução de problemas reais e complexos, de forma ativa e participativa, fazendo com que todos os envolvidos busquem aprender novas habilidades agindo de forma inovadora e dinâmica. Defina uma meta audaciosa, mas possível, para o seu time em uma área que esteja dentro das atividades da fazenda e de o subsídio para que o seu time possa desenvolver uma maneira de alcança-la. Assim, você capacita o time, implanta a cultura de inovação e ainda resolve problemas complexos em sua unidade.
