I’ll be honest, when I hear “stakeholder,” all I can think about is steak. Porterhouse, preferably. So, I make sure everyone feels heard by flattering their taste in cuts—saying things like, “Oh, you prefer rare flank steak? Bold choice, I respect that.” I’m constantly scheming to steer the conversation in the right direction so I can get my hooves on that delicious slab of meat. I take notes, nod thoughtfully, and make all the right sounds, but in the back of my mind, I’m just thinking about inputting that beef into my mouth.

Tener un equipo de trabajo requiere de un engranaje perfecto para obtener los resultados que buscamos.
