I am quite new in this field but one thing I know for sure. To enhance the team’s ability to perform, the chain of command should be short. The most pain staking thing in project is to wait for approval, first it had to go through technical tram then commercial then regional office then HO, this causes a delay and demoralise the whole team.

It's imperative to define the project goals , objectives and timelines , identify interdependencies and potential conflicts, and develop an effective communication plan in planning phase of the projects. - Roles and responsibilities of each member should be properly defined. -Collaboration of cross functional teams is important. - Regular project meetings , communication and feedback are crucial to check out the progress and updates of projects. - Teams should properly understand the ethical and moral responsibilities. -Quality assurance responsibilities should be defined. - Joint inspection of the stakeholders to know the deviations and improvement is also necessary. - implementation of tools and updated technologies is also necessary.

When you're juggling multiple power system upgrade projects, it's like conducting a complex orchestra. You want all your teams to play in harmony, right? Start by giving everyone their own instrument – clear roles and responsibilities. This way, you avoid the chaos of everyone trying to play the same part. Next, think of open communication as your conductor's baton. Regular check-ins and team pow-wows keep everyone on the same sheet of music, catching any off-key notes before they become a problem. And don't forget your trusty project management tools – they're like your musical score, keeping track of who plays what and when. With these three elements working together, you'll create a workplace symphony where every team member shines!

That’s why we need a project management office (PMO) to define and maintain the standards of project management and avoid any contradictions.

To ensure seamless collaboration across multiple power system upgrade projects, I would focus on the following strategies, Clear communication channels, defined roles and responsibilities, integrated project management tools, inter-project coordination meetings, shared goals and objectives, resource sharing, conflict resolution mechanisms and celebrate milestones on which acknowledge and celebrate achievements across team to boost morale and reinforce a sense of community. By implementing these strategies, It can create an environment where collaboration is encouraged, leading to more successful project outcomes.
