Get the most urgent projects done first. One at a time. There is a useful method to help with this, called the Pomodoro technique. Work on a project for 25 minutes. Then take a 5 minute break. No distractions during work time. Then repeat, until all tasks are done. This will ensure that everything will be completed on time, and will prevent chaos. The mind will stay fresh, avoiding burnout. Everything will be alright.

In my experience, having a clear metrics for prioritizing the tasks is the 1st step. 2nd step would be to be productive in the hours that one is translating and this means taking care of your mental and physical faculties outside of working hours with meditation, exercise etc., 3rd step would be to utilize any and all tools needed for optimization as well as delegation as and when needed. Key point to be noted is the member being delegated the task with is on the same bandwidth in terms of technical expertise etc., as this help reducing time spent later on proofreading.
