For virtual Q&A sessions, it’s important to keep things organized. Let your audience know when is the right time to ask question and also how and where to ask questions- can they use a chat box or use the virtual hand icon? Take one question at a time, and paraphrase it so everyone understands before you answer. It also shows respect for the person who asked the question. Keep your answers crisp, clear and concise to make sure they are on point and not too verbose or confusing. If the questions are too many, promise to follow up after the session. Stay calm and friendly, and do your best to make everyone feel heard.
