Many times the feedback you receive from prospective users will make the difference between success and failure. Don't rely on your assumptions or frame of mind; we have too many biases of what is "logical" / how things should work, versus how they are actually used by real users. You will never go wrong with more testing.

We are dealing with an intelligent machine that is harder to control. You are likely to run into problems that you never even dreamed possible. What happens if your chatbot takes a political stance? It would have sounded wild and inconceivable a few years ago. But, now it's reality.

Tell a compelling story that gets them hooked. Make them understand why this matters. If you can't communicate it effectively, all that hard work might as well be collecting dust on a shelf.

The process owner holds the pain point to solve. 2. Clear data strategy: where it resides, its structure, ownership, and accessibility. 3. Technical aspect ensuring feasibility based on desired output and available input. 4. Validation by end-users!
