Using applications like Asana can help keep yourself and other accountable with due dates and edits. You can keep track of your progress as well as your teams and cross functionally with other departments. Even if you know how to do a task, if it is something can can be delegated to another member who is qualified make sure you are taking off the workload to create room for essential tasks only you can do.

Taking breaks from social media is extremely important. Most of us use social media in our daily lives, and when mixing it with your professional career can get overwhelming. I love to start my morning commutes out with a book or playing sudoku. When I return home from work I try to log off of all social media apps for the night, or I turn all my apps off automatically at 9:00pm.
