This is one of the problems I had faced at one point of time. How we tackled it- 1. Set clear cut goals and expectations of what is required from each individual and the team as a whole. Moreover, create a shared purpose based on company goals, focusing on highlighting impact. 2. Promote a positive team culture- open feedbacks, informal virtual events like coffee breaks along-with online games with team challenges. Online hobby classes also work well. 3. Use technology wisely. Using project management tools helps with accountability. Prefer meet/zoom calls over emails for regular discussion sessions.

Here are some ideas to help you unite your team: 1.Regular Communication 2. Virtual Team-Building Activities 3. Recognition and Rewards 4. Training and Development 5. Celebrate Milestones and Successes 6. Conduct Regular Feedback. Also you can focus on_ - Develop a remote work policy that outlines expectations, guidelines, and best practices. - Encourage team members to share their favorite tools, apps, or software to enhance productivity and collaboration. - Create a virtual "watercooler" or social space for team members to connect, share personal updates, and build relationships
