From the years I have delved into the electronics repairs and services, I have some conclusions; 1* The components must be sourced from a reputable manufacturer. 2* The appliance(s) have to be safe. 3* To make a good customer base or a good brand name it must be serviceable. Some brands only want customer to get a new one when it malfunctions. Filling landfills. 3* Customer support must be well organized and respected deadline for scheduled repairs and servicing. With that in mind the brand is easy to promote and it will be a smooth run for everyone involved.
