Heart Businesses are great, you do what you love and you make a little money. But if the goal is to grow and potentially scale up and create employment opportunities. You need to get into your market, get into their heads! Identify what the problem is that so many of them are struggling with... Then provide a solution, a real solution. Then charge a premium for this solution, and people will pay for it!
