I think only those people will seek feedback who really want to improve in their products, skills, careers, life, etc. In case if you are beginner like me, then first show them your work, what you've done and then ask about feedback, what/where you need improve, etc. I think we should seek feedback from seniors, who have more experience in that particular thing, because no one can talk about that thing without going through that grind.

Giving feedback it doesn't mean give advice or suggestions. From my perspective, giving feedback is how that particular thing feels you from your angle and level, no matter what your level is, if that the person who receives feedback is open then it will appreciate your feedback. PS: Here, level means proficiency/experience in that particular thing. Ex., Newbie, Beginner, etc.
