Yes the unconscious is also loading into the conscious possible neurological activity that might be linked or might be relevant. My suggestion is let your brain work on an independent basis without your ‘social media interaction’. Talking to yourself a lot of time and and waste effort. Perhaps log specific or special milestones in your resume about integrating away ‘chores’.
