Balancing client demands with project feasibility requires clear communication and strategic planning. Start by understanding each client's priorities and constraints through open discussions. Document these findings and align them with the project's goals and capabilities. Maintain transparency about what’s achievable and set realistic expectations. Regularly update clients on progress and challenges, fostering trust and flexibility. Finding a middle ground often involves compromise, creativity, and a focus on the project's overall integrity and success. 🌟💼

The most helpful for me has been to have a document that details expectations and deliverables on both sides. There is often emphasis on a project plan and the consultants’ deliverables. Ensuring that there is an explicit sheet that details deliverables from the client that impact timelines and quality, is powerful. It creates accountability on both sides and a sense of co-ownership/partnership on the project.
