Have visuals that capture the viewers' attention, add an info on how to understand that visual, if they find difficulty in navigating, add a toggle to view it in a simpler and conventional form. This might help them choose how they want to view, and not limiting the creative potential all along. Some time down the lane when they get used to creative beyond the norm ones, it will become the new normal. Experimentations with creative visuals is necessary to build new insights. Not everything needs to be bars & pies, we can have pretzels too.
