Risk and Reward is a constant balancing act and getting a certain precision to the act is constantly changing. Macro factors of which one has no control over (i.e. a 6% rate environment versus a 2.5% rate environment) is one of the things one has to be in perspective then again your particular situation or opportunity may be much more heavily weighted towards success then one might think. It is the parsing to the point of not paralyzing oneself from making a call that allows one to advance that is often the ticket.

Whenever you change, transform, or innovate there are risks involved. Using tools and decision-making processes that are enabled by using a strong Business Architecture helps understand risks and associated rewards. It enables data and fact-based risk assessment for the stakeholders before embarking on the change.
